Table View educare & Preschool
At Table View Educare and Preschool we understand that each little one is different and learns in different ways. We ensure that our qualified teachers use a variety of teaching styles to cater for the variety of learning styles amongst all children. Children in pre-school need concrete experiences to get the best quality education and to prepare them for Grade 1. We strive to create a welcoming learning environment for all of our little ones, which ensures that each part of their day is an educational experience.
Ages
Table View Educare and Preschool accommodates little ones from 3 months until 6 years old (Grade R).
Operating hours
We have aftercare facilities for pre-school children as well as children in primary school ( Grade 1 – 6 ) Our pre-school teachers provide homework classes for our primary school learners in the afternoons. Transportation is available for primary school learners accommodating individual sports- and extra curricular programs.

Our Classes
Our Educare & Early Learning Preschool staff are qualified Educare & Preschool teachers who have a combined service record of over 80 years! We are extremely qualified to assess any little one’s preschool readiness and advise on it.
Monday to Friday 6:30am until 6:00pm (Full Day)
Half Day service until 1pm

3 months - 24 months
Infant-Toddler / Pre Preschool Programme Our Baby Care Service caters for 3 different age groups, namely:
- 3 months to 12 months
- 13 months to 18 months
- 19 months to potty trained (approx. 24 months)
Each baby has his or her own cot and locker.
The daily routine is adapted & individualised for each baby from 3 months to 18 months.
An age appropriate stimulation programme is introduced from 4 months.
Our baby classes are staffed by loving, caring & patient staff.
Table View educare
2 - 4 Years
Pre Preschool Programme
Our Educare Service caters for children in two age groups:
- 2-3 year olds (the year they are turning 3)
- 3-4 year olds (the year that they are turning 4)
Our qualified teachers follow an ECD programme that is in line with the CAPS curriculum and that stimulates early academic & emotional development.
Parents are provided with 2 progress reports during the year, 1 in June and 1 in December.
Our classrooms are very spacious, well equipped and hygienic.
Table View Educare Pre-primary
4 - 6 Years
Pre-Primary Programme
Our Pre-primary section is separately registered with the WCED
- GrRR (4 year olds turning 5)
- GrR (5year olds turning 6)
Teachers in the Pre-primary Programme follow the CAPS curriculum for preschoolers as directed by the WCED.
Pre-primary Hours:
8:30am until 12:45pm
* Aftercare is optional extra
